Here are a few MMA workout exercises. They range from easy to hard and also include some stretches to round them off.

Gentle Warm Up - Fighter's
This is a fairly simple warm-up routine. It will get your joints warm and the blood flowing through your muscles. Repeat if necessary.

Easy Workout - Haywire
This workout is quite easy, ideal for those who are less confident in their fitness. It's an all-round routine, working each part of your body.

Stretching - Far Point
This stretching routine pays more attention to the leg muscles, and is ideal for getting your legs loose and relaxed for kicking. To take the quad stretch a little further, touch your knees together and bring your hips forward.

STRETCHING
When done correctly, the effects of stretching are beneficial. It loosens and relaxes your muscles, and minimises the risk on injuries. When you stretch, you shouldn't tense up as this will not give you a very effective stretch and has potential to cause injury if you're pushing your body too far. Remember to breathe and relax.
